Charlottetown Farm is a family-owned farm dedicated to providing fresh artisan goat milk products to farm-to-table restaurants, consumers, and retailers in the mid-Atlantic region. We believe that goat milk is the quintessential “local” food; Goat’s milk is naturally homogenized and it can be digested in less than 20 minutes where as cow’s milk can take almost all day. Many people with cow milk allergies can drink goat milk because it contains a different kind of protein.
